I am extremely pleased to be associated with the Coxswain group. Right from the beginning everything has been handled with utmost dedication. They are straightforward, and committed and I am glad to now be the proud owner of this innovative flat. It has been a pleasure working with Suresh and I think this has been a good investment from the way it is been talked about. Wish the group all success.

I had been looking for an ideal second home and this seemed like a great project. As this happens to be located closer to the city and at the same time close to the beach front, I propose to live here. Coxswain fulfilled my expectations in all ways. Cooperative team, timely deliveries and eye-catchy design is what comes to my mind when I think of Coxswain. The incredible view is what drew me to the unique building. Even though I do have other homes, living in this one promises to be a great experience. I only wish we had balconies facing the sea.

I am extremely happy to have been associated with the team in this great project. It was recommended by a relative and as the location was superb, I decided to go for it. Superior quality and technology has been used in the completion of this project. It was even customized as per my taste. Everything reeked of professionalism right from the beginning. Their communication collaterals, their proposals, their continuous coordination and now that it is almost completed, I am happy to say that I now own Coxswain property as one of my homes.

It was a strange coincidence that landed me at Coxswain 23. Me thinking of owning a house in Calicut and a close friend calling me to say he was booking a house for me. I never regretted the decision. Location was superb and the minute I laid my eyes on it I knew it would be a matter of pride for me to own a flat in the iconic building. The design and architecture of the building is simply outstanding & unique and this will be a challenge for other developers to improve upon. More importantly, the effective use of layout, state of the art technology and the breathtaking view of Arabian Sea will ensure every owner of the house is given justice to their hard earned money.

I must say it takes guts to execute this innovative project in Calicut and I admire the way it was done. I was skeptical initially as normally such mega projects are never completed on time. Of course there has been some small delays but that can be expected in such large projects. Location was attractive and the fact that it has been made entirely of glass held a distinct appeal. Being an entrepreneur myself I can visualize the amount of work gone in. It is hard to believe that this was envisaged by just 2-3 people. Overall an excellent experience.

It was bought as an investment and as I live abroad, this can be a place where I could spend a short relaxing time while back home. The team was good to coordinate with, everything has been completed more or less as per schedule and I hope the final deadline also is maintained. Has been professional in handling everything.
