Building Management System

Diesel generator monitoring and management: By fuel and engine oil monitoring, the maintenance department is informed of the fuel or oil status using a hooter or through SMS automatically. Reports are generated on the total run time of the DG set.

Water pump management: Water level monitoring and pumping is done automatically and reports are generated of the water consumption.

Gas leakage detection: Sensors are installed in every kitchen and the centralized gas tank. In case gas leakage is detected in a flat, the owner as well as the maintenance dept is informed of the gas leakage through SMS .The hooter is also activated at the same time.

Maintenance management: All periodic maintenance of lifts, DG set, water pump and pressure pumps are monitored by the central CPU and the respective maintenance company and the in house maintenance dept is informed of the maintenance call through SMS.

Biometric main door key: The main door is unlocked scanning the fingerprint and access can be granted to each and every one of the family, without the limitations of a mechanical keylock.

CCTV cameras: provides continuous, 360-degree surveillance. Cameras are mounted on fences, basement and the lobby, create a visually secure area that extends well beyond its physical perimeters.

Corridor lighting using motion sensors: The corridor lights are activated when a person steps out to the corridor and switches off automatically sensing the motion thus saving electricity.

Individual power consumption measurement

The BMS controller monitors the power consumed by every flat, the common area air-conditioning and lighting, in the apartment complex when in generator mode, separately. A report is generated on the individual power consumption and the owners association can use these reports to arrive at a fairer fuel charge system.

Elevator Access Management

The luxury high speed elevators are access controlled to provide high level of security. Access is granted by using RFid tags. Using this, access is limited to the floor one is living in, the recreational area and the lobby. The elevator controls are integrated with the BMS which in turn controls the access.

Automated Boom Barrier

Car parking entry and exit is completely access controlled. The boom barrier is fitted with sensor and on showing the RFid tag provided or when the car comes in front of the boom, reading the tag, the boom opens automatically. The BMS controller logs the data to provide reports.
